Priority Levels
Critical (2 hours):
- Security vulnerabilities
- App completely unavailable  
- Data loss or corruption

High (4-8 hours):
- Core functionality broken
- Multiple users affected
- Installation failures

Standard (24-48 hours):
- Feature questions
- Configuration issues
- Single user problems
- Enhancement requests
